Posted on 4 June 2015

The easiest and most cost effective way to add wow factor and value to your wet rooms, kitchen and bathroom, is by tiling. The tiles can be used either as a splash back, feature wall, half the wall, or the entire room.

Virtual Open Home

Posted on 3 February 2015

One of my recent listings inspired me to take things a little further just just getting photos taken. It is a truly special home, which I had the priviledge of selling to the current owners 5 years ago. They have made some finishing tweaks to what was already a stunning home by adding central heating and a lovely edible city garden. For a virtual tour watch the video!

Bay Watch

Posted on 22 January 2015

What a stunning day in Wellington today. As I turned up to show the Penthouse apartment at 236 Oriental Parade I had to take a moment to enjoy the scene before me. Designer Home

Posted on 16 March 2014

I had the pleasure of appraising a property in Island Bay yesterday. One of the tasks that I help all of my clients with is getting their home ready for sale. Most homes that I see are loved and lived in, much like my own home, not really "picture perfect" just as they are.

The Summer holidays have provided not only an opportunity to relax with friends and family but also the opportunity to catch up on all of the jobs around the house that got so badly neglected over the busy year. It's funny how being a real estate agent and giving other people advice on how to best present their home for sale does not always translate in to having my own home in ship shape condition!
